Pedal Power inclusive cycle ride at the Relay Your Way The Big Reveal launch event
We're delighted to be hosting this amazing event and as part of it offer all Cerebra service users the chance to join one of our fun and inclusive cycle rides free of charge.
As a charity, Pedal Power's mission is to encourage and enable people of all ages and abilities to cycle. Based in central Cardiff, we've been working with adults and children with a wide range of conditions and disabilities for over 20 years and have one of the largest fleet of adaptive cycles in the UK.

-
Registering for a 'Pre-Ride Assessment' is essential for anyone wanting to use an adaptive cycle from Pedal Power to join our inclusive cycle ride on the day
-
Please complete a form for each rider with adaptive cycling needs
-
Following this, we'll get in touch to arrange a suitable date and time for the rider pre-ride assessment - this must take place in person before the 8th March and cycles will be allocated on a first come first served basis
-
The assessment will help us understand individual needs and allocate the right adaptive cycle and equipment
-
Following the assessment, we'll book the rider on to the ride and also provide details of the rider's free, 4-month taster membership with Pedal Power - this will give them access to all of our member benefits should they want to continue to explore their cycling journey with us (there will be no obligation to continue with membership after 4 months, but we hope that you may want to)!

One carer can ride for free

-
One carer can accompany the rider free of charge (on a standard cycle). Additional friends and family are welcome and can bring their own cycles or hire from us at our standard hire rates (or feel free to walk or jog alongside - the more the merrier)

Three routes to choose from

-
On the day, you'll be able to choose from 3 routes of differing lengths and speeds - we hope this means more people feel they can take part. See below...
"We work with children and their families/carers every day and never tire of seeing how transformative being able to cycle can be - for the individual and their families and friends. Which is why we want to spread the word far and wide!"
